We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in a peaceful area just a short distance from the ski slopes. the staff were friendly and always willing to assist. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a charming wooden decor. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of tasty treats, even though there were no fried eggs and bacon. We enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor sauna and jacuzzi after a day of skiing.
The hotel's WiFi was quite slow, and there were no saunas available in the rooms.

The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing. We had some of the best meals of our lives there, especially the dinners. It was definitely worth opting for the half-board option. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. They made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.- The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was a bit remote, away from the hustle and bustle, which allowed for a peaceful and romantic escape. it was still easily accessible to nearby attractions and activities.
One major drawback was the lack of English-speaking staff. The hotel seemed to struggle with languages other than Italian, which made communication difficult at times.

During our Christmas stay, we had a great time at this mountain hotel. the atmosphere was cozy and warm, creating a perfect holiday setting. the food offered was fantastic, especially the delicious dinners. We also enjoyed the animation events in the evenings, which added a fun element to our stay. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to the nearby ski area and beautiful mountain views.
the lack of WiFi in the rooms and the poor WiFi reception at the reception area was quite inconvenient.
